Mindy N. Jones CPA, CVA, MBA, MT
Prior to entering private practice in 1995, Jones’ held financial positions for over 20 years in companies as diverse as Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses.
Jones' corporate tenure uniquely position her to evaluate the diverse and often intangible assets that relate to a business' enterprise value, as well as counsel on the tax implications of business transitions and opportunities. Business owners that want to successfully leave their companies often don't know how to accomplish that goal. Jones’ uses a proven, systematic approach to help the business owner take control of the succession planning process to maximize the value they receive on the sale or transfer of their business.
Mindy is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and has masters’ degrees in Business (MBA), and Taxation (MST). She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of CPA’s, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She teaches advanced level tax and valuations classes at Arizona State University and University of Phoenix, and speaks routinely at professional associations and business events. She has authored several articles and is a recognized national speaker on the topic of business transition planning, valuation, and building value within entrepreneurial businesses.
John Nardi, CPA
John Nardi has been a practicing tax professional and business consultant with closely-held family businesses for a number of years.
He was formerly a tax manager for a large national firm, where he was also a member of their TECS (Tax Efficiency and Consulting Services) group who provided tax consulting services for a wide array of businesses.
Mr. Nardi earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Arizona.
He is currently the Section Chairperson for the Arizona State Society of CPA’s Taxation division, a member of the Arizona State Society of CPA’s Tax Steering Committee, the former Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Tax Liaison group as well as a profiled CPA on the Arizona State Society of CPA’s website and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Marcy Y. Kaplan, CPA
Marcy has been in the public accounting profession for several years with extensive accounting experience including corporate, personal, and partnership income tax research and compliance. She regularly consults with clients to improve their business operations and accounting issues.
Marcy received her Post-Baccalaureate degree in Accounting at Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As the firm administrator Jessica is responsible for customer care from initial contact through completion of your engagement.
